    Continence services for children in Derbyshire

    Your child's initial continence assessment will be carried out by your School Nurse. If further support is needed then a referral will be made into the Specialist Service. In North Derbyshire this is run by the Children's Continence Team based at Chesterfield Hospital. In South Derbyshire the clinics are as follows;

               

    Monday             Alfreton Primary Care Centre (9am - 4pm)

                               Once a month clinics in: Stanton Vale Special school, Alfreton Park Special School and Brackenfield Special School.

    Tuesday             Ripley Hospital (9am - 4pm)

    Wednesday        Long Eaton Health Centre (9:30am - 3pm)
                               Swadlincote Health Centre (9:30am - 3pm)

    Thursday           Ilkeston Hospital (9:30am - 3pm)
      
                              Repton Health Centre (9:30am - 3pm)
                                Once a month clinic in: Holbrook Special school.

    Friday                 Belper clinic (8:45am - 12pm)

                                Belper Clinic: 1st  and last Friday (8:45am – 4pm)
                                St Oswalds Hospital, Ashbourne (13:30 - 4pm)

                                St Oswalds Hospital, Asbourne  (no clinic on the 1st and last Friday)

                                Heanor Memorial Health Centre (10am - 2:30pm)

    Appointment vary in times, one hour appointment for initial appointments, half an hour for review appointments. One hour appointments for incontinence product assessments/reviews. Telephone review appointments as required.
