    As a young person there are a number of relationships that you may have in your life:-
    Family relationships

    Friendships

    Romantic relationships or

    Professional relationships

    A good relationship can make you feel great but a bad relationship can cause you to be stressed, anxious and upset.

    In all relationships you have to think about what you want out of the relationship, what the other person wants out of the relationship and how comfortable you feel in the relationship?

    If your relationship is not making you feel happy or causing you stress PLEASE speak to someone, your parent, your friend, your teacher, your School Nurse or someone you can trust.

    •make fun of you, your religion, sexuality or culture
    •put you in danger
    •make you feel unsafe
